Cuervo’s Sustainable Sips is back at Portland Cocktail Week to host a full day of sustainability-focused sessions. Leading educators will share insights on building a more sustainable future for bars, brands, and communities.

Cuervo’s commitment extends beyond tequila itself — our classroom will spotlight ideas like reducing waste through modernist techniques, keeping glass out of landfills with smarter recycling practices, rethinking event batching for efficiency, and embracing holistic sustainability that enriches both bar culture and community.

Together, these conversations give fresh perspective to how we can reimagine resources and create lasting impact, much like Cuervo’s own work in repurposing agave bagasse into bricks, straws, cups.
