Portland Cocktail Week always puts Bartenders first, which is why we partnered up with Siempre Tequila - a certified additive (and celebrity) free Tequila brand- to celebrate your stories through the cocktails you develop and the tattoos that you are on your body... siempre. Get it? Yeah, we knew you would.
THE CHALLENGE
Now that you know what Siempre Tequila and Portland Cocktail Week are all about, let's talk about how FIVE of you are going to walk away with $1000 while sipping on this exceptional Tequila. Portland Cocktail Week wants YOU to share an original cocktail featuring Siempre Tequila that is inspired by tattoos. Your tattoo inspiration could be one that you proudly wear yourself, or simply the art of tattooing or inspiration from permanent body art. The main goal of your cocktail should be to tell the story around the tattoo or tattoo theme of your choice while also showing an understanding of what makes Siempre Tequila such an amazing cocktail ingredient.
THE THEME
Tattoos are Siempre, and we want to know the story behind why you've chosen your art and your cocktail. Tattoos are steeped in tradition, as is the distillation and enjoyment of agave spirits. Creativity is key, and all tattoos are welcomed as entries; no Rembrandt or Picasso pieces are required. That 20-year-old faded college tattoo tells a story, too!

Siempre Tequila is certified as additive-free from Tequila Matchmaker. Yeah, they're doing it right.
Diffusers? No way.
